We asked fans on Facebook last week to send in their questions for Ben, James and Simon to answer for an exclusive BiffyClyro.com Q&A session. We picked the 10 most popiular questions and put them to the band over the weekend and you can see the results below.
When are you touring south africa?
We are hoping to soon! If not by the end of this year, we'll definitely be there next year – we've been trying to arrange a show for a while but our schedule is so jam packed. we can't wait to say hey to our SA fans though, so sooner rather than later .
Will you ever do a b side tour?
I don't know if we'll ever to a full b-sides tour, but we're keen to play all our albums in full again, with all of our b-sides at smaller gig venues. We'd maybe do one album and it's associated b-sides in one city, and one album + b-sides in another city. We're very excited about the prospect of that.
Have you any plans to tour in italy after the muse date?
We're booking our next european tour for autumn, and we'll definitely be including italy in that – we appreciate your patience and it'll be worth the wait
If you could steal 3 songs from other bands and pass them off as biffy originals what songs would you steal?
It's hard to pick only three but I'd go for –
coma – GNR
the modern leper – Frightened Rabbit
generation – Liturgy
Would you rather be attacked by 50 duck sized horses or 1 horse sized duck?
as the Biffy songs says, i'm scared of lots of anything, so id prefer one horse sized duck.
Which song are you guys most proud of?
Coma by Guns N'Roses…! Haha!
In seriousness, It would probably be Machines.
Why did you let matt cardle sing your song?
I love the subversity of it. For a band like us, who have done it the old fashioned way, to be asked by a TV show to use our song and for it to go to Christmas number 1…! It's a nice twist on things and I think there was a certain poetry to it. Take them down from the inside!
What song do you enjoy playing the most?
Coma by Guns N'Roses…! Haha!
Bubbles. It's one of my faves. the crowd always go crazy and its a lot of fun to play – especially the outro. Love that shit.
Modern magic formula is also a ton of fun to play.
Would you consider performing a small private gig for members of the biffy tattoo club?
Yes!

Given enough training do you think a cat could drive a bus?
No, I think cats are too snide. They would be driven. They would not drive others. I think i could drive a bus full of cats, but don't think a cat could drive a bus full of people.
