As with all our shows we strive to provide an inclusive environment for fans at each venue. To help with this with grouped together details for each venue for the forthcoming MTV Unplugged Tour. You can contact the venues via the number and links below.
DUBLIN, Helix

CARDIFF, St David’s Hall
St. David’s Hall is a member of the Hynt Scheme. There will be a limited amount of Hynt tickets available from SDH Box Office only.
This is a national scheme that works with theatres and arts centres across Wales to make things clear and consistent in fair ticketing policy and accessibility. BIRMINGHAM, Symphony Hall

For any access needs, the Usher Hall’s box office team will be happy to discuss the best seating for you in the auditorium. MANCHESTER Opera House
Customers with access needs who have already registered with the venue can book online, via telephone or in person at the Box Office. Customers who haven’t registered with ATG’s Access Scheme can only book via telephone or in person.
Fans with access needs get one third off their ticket and if they have an essential companion then the companion ticket is free.

LONDON, Royal Albert Hall
To book disabled tickets, the Royal Albert Hall ask customers to phone our access line on 020 7070 4410 and a box office assistant will help them with their booking. We offer a free companion ticket in our accessible seating areas of the Hall. We have access seating in the stalls, stalls platforms and circle. As the show is General Admission, any fans with access issues can buy their tickets online and come at the show before the doors opening.
