The band then headed to Belfast on Saturday to headline the Belsonic Festival in St George’s Square. As an extra surprise to their Northern Irish fans they offered those without tickets the chance to catch the show, giving away guest list places hours before they took to the stage via their Facebook and Twitter page (tweet).
Clocking up the air miles on Sunday saw the band leave Belfast for Leeds (tweet) where they once again took to the Leeds Festival main stage ahead of Queens of the Stoneage and headliners Guns n’ Roses. You can check out exclusive footage of the band preparing to go onstage by clicking here.
Finally the band flew to Paris yesterday for a day of promo (well – tweet) and a special gig underneath the Pont Alexandre III bridge, (the first of many european shows to come in the coming months, details TBA soon).
